At Happy Mood, every product is made with care and created just for you. Because all our items are made-to-order, shipping times may vary slightly depending on demand and location.
We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
1. Order Processing Time
Each item is individually made-to-order to reduce waste and support sustainable production.

  • Processing Time: Typically 2–5 business days before your order ships.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been created and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather delays, postal service volume, or holidays.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total, destination, and chosen delivery speed.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
If you don’t receive your tracking email within a few days after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [happymoodhelp@outlook.com.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
We understand how important your order is. While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasionally packages may experience delays or become lost in transit.
If your order seems delayed or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier first — sometimes packages are held at a local facility.

  3. If you still need help, contact us at [happymoodhelp@outlook.com] and we’ll assist you in locating your package.

Please note that once an order is shipped, delivery times are beyond our control.
6. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will contact you to confirm the correct information.

  • You may be responsible for the reshipping cost.

If the wrong address was entered and the package cannot be recovered, we cannot issue a refund for the lost order.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items. We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon — follow our social media or sign up for our newsletter for updates!

Having said that, a Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers. It is the legal framework for presenting your obligations to your customers, but also to address different possible scenarios that may occur, and what happens in each and every case. 


A Shipping Policy is a good practice and it helps both sides - you and your customers. Your customers may benefit from being informed about what they can expect from your service. You may benefit because people may be likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.
